>> Key Structural Components

Hopper: Facilitates controlled material feeding into the screening system.

Screen Frame: A rigid, high-strength structure supporting the screen mesh and transmitting vibrational forces.

Vibration Motor: Mounted beneath the screen frame, it generates adjustable vibratory motion to drive material separation.

Damping Springs: Strategically positioned to absorb excess vibrations, ensuring smooth operation and prolonging equipment lifespan.

Feed Belt & Discharge Belt: Integrated conveyor systems for automated material input and categorized output.

>> Operating Principle

During operation, the vibration motor, suspended beneath the screen frame, imparts cyclical vibratory forces to the screen assembly. Granular material enters through the feed hopper and is distributed across the vibrating screen surface. The oscillatory motion induces relative movement between particles:

Larger particles traverse the inclined screen surface and discharge via the designated outlet.

Finer particles pass through the mesh apertures into separate collection channels.

This dynamic separation process enables precise particle-size classification, critical for quality control in mining and concrete applications.

>> Performance Optimization

Adjustable Vibration Parameters: Frequency and amplitude of the vibration motor can be fine-tuned to accommodate diverse material types (e.g., sand, gravel, aggregates) and screening specifications.

Anti-Clogging Design: The vibrational motion prevents mesh blockage, ensuring uninterrupted operation.

Damping System: Engineered spring placement minimizes mechanical resonance and noise (<75 dB), aligning with occupational safety and environmental standards.
