It is a forced-type concrete batching plant with high production efficiency (JS1500 main unit, typically 75 m³/h). The JJHS75 concrete batching plant primarily consists of a material supply system, a material metering system, a mixing system, and a control system. It also features microcomputer control, electronic scales, a dynamic screen display, mix ratio storage, automatic head compensation, and automatic printing. It can be operated manually, semi-automatically, or automatically. It can produce a variety of concrete qualities, including plastic and dry hard concrete. Mixing system

Patented multi-end sealing technology effectively prevents leakage and protects shaft ends. Wear-resistant scrapers and liners boast a service life of over 60,000 cycles. An automatic lubrication pump reduces labor costs and extends service life. The advanced motor and reducer drive system delivers stable performance.

Concrete Batching System

The sand silo is equipped with a large vibrator to ensure smooth and fast unloading. Optional cumulative weighing or separate weighing systems are available. High-precision sensors achieve an error of less than 2%.

Control System

Automatic or manual modes provide flexible adjustment and smooth operation. All wires and cables are coded for easy tracking and maintenance. An intelligent management system is included for task tracking, printing, and more. The computer + PLC control system ensures simple and stable operation, and the high-definition display clearly displays the operating status of each component.

Cement Silo

Vertical or horizontal silos are available. Capacities range from 50 to 300 tons and are customizable. Accessories include air shut-off devices, gate valves, pressure relief valves, level gauges, and dust collectors. High-quality steel ensures excellent sealing, stable support, and long service life.

Weighing System

Powder, water or additives are measured independently to ensure fast and high-precision weighing. Well-known brand sensors are used with an error of less than 1%.

Working Principle

The JJHS75 Stationary Concrete Batching Plant operates through a fully automated and precise process. First, aggregates are loaded into the storage bins by a wheel loader and fed into the weighing hopper via a bucket hoist or belt conveyor for precise measurement. Simultaneously, cement and fly ash are delivered to the powder weighing hopper through screw conveyors, while water and admixtures are pumped into their respective measuring hoppers. Once all materials are accurately weighed according to the preset formula, they are discharged into the JS1500 twin-shaft compulsory mixer for intensive mixing. The high-quality concrete is then discharged through the bottom unloading gate directly into transit mixers. The entire workflow is managed by an advanced PLC control system, which supports automatic/manual switching, formula storage, drop compensation, and real-time fault alarms to ensure continuous and stable production.
