Ideal for Concrete Batching Plants
The heart of JINJIAHE’s concrete recycling system is the reclaimer that is washing and separating all the concrete residues from the vehicles and the plant’s mixer. At the exit of the reclaimer the inert materials are washed out and separated into two piles: sand 1-5 mm and gravel> 5 mm while the sludge water (cement and other fine components under 1mm) reach the settling pit. The water required for the reclaimer and the vehicles comes entirely from recycling.

>> Stone Separation System
The screen drum screw is installed at an incline relative to the horizontal plane. This design facilitates thorough tumbling of material within the limited screening zone while simultaneously exposing it to spray water for effective washing and separation.

Sedimentation & Separation: The strategically positioned overflow weir height in the sand classifier's settling tank ensures optimal separation of sand particles from the slurry.
>> Wear Protection & Dewatering
The sand conveying screw features an extended design and is eccentrically mounted within the housing. This configuration allows a protective layer of accumulated material to form between the screw flight tip and the housing wall, significantly reducing wear. The extended screw path also enables enhanced material dewatering during conveyance.

The system utilizes Siemens-based electrical control technology, providing user-friendly operation and simplified maintenance. This approach enhances the overall machine stability and operational reliability.

The entire system employs a closed-loop water recycling process for washing, achieving near-zero wastewater discharge and maximizing water reuse efficiency. To ensure reliable operation in cold climates during winter, the unit is equipped with integrated frost protection heaters.
