Working Principle
The JJHS180 plant operates through a fully automated process. Aggregates, cement, water, and admixtures are precisely weighed according to the preset formula. The aggregates are then fed into the JS3000 twin-shaft mixer for high-intensity mixing. Finally, the uniform concrete is discharged into transit mixers. The entire workflow is managed by a smart PLC control system.
